  Unlike traditional erectors that can produce skewed boxes, the P1000 utilizes an eight-suction-cup pickup frame that grips both major and minor panels. This "Total Control" system forces every case to open square, ensuring 90-degree corners every time

• Stationary Flap Folding

  To lock in structural integrity, flaps are folded while the case is stationary. This eliminates the "warped" effect common in high-speed movement and increases stacking strength by up to 30%
