Ultrasonic Dynamic Safety
Frazier & Son (headquartered in Conroe, Texas) is a premier American manufacturer of sanitary bucket elevators, incline conveyors, and specialized material handling equipment. Best known for their proprietary Whiz-Lifter line of bucket elevators, the company has established a strong reputation across the food processing, packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical, and hardware manufacturing sectors.
Frazier & Son custom-engineers each bucket elevator system to match specific customer layouts, material characteristics, and production throughputs.
Materials: Available in heavy-duty 304 or 316 stainless steel frame options, as well as powder-coated carbon steel for non-sanitary industrial applications.
Washdown Designs: Specialized washdown models feature quick-release panels, open tubular frame geometry to prevent product accumulation, and sloped shedding surfaces for easy CIP (Clean-In-Place) or manual hose-down sanitization.
Safety Integration: Fully enclosed operating channels fitted with safety-interlocked access doors, transparent polycarbonate viewing windows, and two-hand jog control stations for safe maintenance.
Bucket Materials: Molded food-grade polypropylene, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polycarbonate, or stainless steel depending on temperature, chemical exposure, and abrasion requirements.
Gentle Overlapping Bucket Mechanism: Designed to eliminate product spillage at the loading zone. Buckets overlap during loading and stay upright throughout the vertical lift until reaching the discharge point.
Discharge Mechanisms:
Gravity Discharge: Buckets tip or rotate at the head terminal to discharge product cleanly via gravity.
Selective / Multiple Discharge (Model CB / CBT): Pneumatically operated tipping mechanisms allow selective dumping into multiple bins, multi-head weigh scales, or packaging machines along a single horizontal run.
